The customer can replace or return books only if there is damage to the book or its pages according to the terms and conditions below.
The following terms and conditions apply:
1. There is damage or a printing defect in the book or its pages.
2. Return or exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase.
3. Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment (box) is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
4. The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt and the sealed purchase invoice that arrived with the shipment must be sent.
5. The store is responsible for shipping fees for returned products.
